Yaships was founded in 1986, as a civil joint stock group. Yaships possesses fix assets of RMB96.56 million, employs 680 staff members, among whom there are over 80 technicians, and 400 highly trained workers. We have independent import and export rights. At the end of 2004, our sales turnover was up to RMB210 million, with 50 percent of products exported to overseas markets including Europe and America.
